Not all dates or timeframes are equally economical or viable; therefore, we always request that you fill out a quote so we can assign a dedicated move manager to guide you on pricing and scheduling.
The biggest difference regarding timing is the shipping method:

• Groupage (LCL): An economical option where your belongings share a container with other moves. It offers flexibility, but dates depend on completing the container’s load.
• Full Container (FCL): A fast and exclusive service; the container is yours alone, allowing for immediate departure and shorter transit times.

Contracting supplemental insurance for a transcontinental move

While there is a mandatory insurance known as LOTT/CMR Insurance, the compensation is calculated based on weight, at an approximate value of €60 per cubic meter transported.
If a television or a valuable object representing only a small fraction of that cubic meter is broken, the compensation you would receive would be negligible, as it is calculated as a percentage of that minimum value.
